"Pork Pie" todays painting

Hello There!
Here is todays daily painting. I been trying to develop some new characters for my children's book and I came across this guy and for some reason the name "Pork Pie" came into my head. Maybe that could be his name, he could be a butcher, or maybe thats to obvious. Anyway hope you like it.

Klein's lollipop lady! todays painting

Hi all,

Here is my painting for today. It is inspired by the 1960's fashion shoot that William Klein did on a zebra crossing in Piazza di Spagna. I was shown this photograph recently by a good friend an was blown away by its graphic power and its originality,  if you'd like have a look at them they are on

Captain Cat! todays painting!

Hello all!

Hope you all had a nice weekend!

Sorry the daily paintings didn't show up the over the last two days, hopefully this one will make up for it!
I listened to the audio version of Dylan Thomas's under Milk wood (the one starring Richard Burton, if you haven't heard it its well worth a listen!!) as I thought some of the characters could be very inspiring for my own children's book. Captain Cat was one of my favourites, he's a blind old sea dog who sits a earwigs on the town folks day-to-day lives.
